Slow Cooker Stuffing (Paleo)

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 12

  • 3 link Italian Sausage
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Ravioli Mushroom
  • 1/2 medium Yellow Onions
  • 2 celery stalk(s)
  • 6 cups Yam
  • 6 leaf fresh sage leaves
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Price Choppr Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Beef Stock
  • 1 tsp Salt*
  • 1 tsp Pepper, Black
  • 3 cloves Garlic Clove
  • 1 medium Apple

DIRECTIONS

1 Brown sausage in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat and transfer to the slow cooker.
2 Turn the stove to low and melt the butter.
3 Add the rest of dry ingredients to the slow cooker, pour the melted butter over it and mix with a wooden spoon.
4 Add the stock and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
5 Salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
