3 link Italian Sausage

2 tbsp Butter

2 cups Ravioli Mushroom

1/2 medium Yellow Onions

2 celery stalk(s)

6 cups Yam

6 leaf fresh sage leaves

1/2 cup Pecans
-
1/4 cup Price Choppr Dried Cranberries

1/4 cup Beef Stock
-
1 tsp Salt*
-
1 tsp Pepper, Black
-
3 cloves Garlic Clove

1 medium Apple
DIRECTIONS

Brown sausage in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat and transfer to the slow cooker.

Turn the stove to low and melt the butter.

Add the rest of dry ingredients to the slow cooker, pour the melted butter over it and mix with a wooden spoon.

Add the stock and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

Salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
