  • 1 gluten-free bread slice(s)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp capers

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast bread.
2 Spread cottage cheese on toast and top with salmon and capers.
