A favorite of Seamus Mullen, chef, and author who coined the term Big-Ass Salad, this protein salad gets a kick of spicy thanks to grated serrano chili peppers and ginger. He also recommends anchovies as a tuna alternative for it's both lower in mercury and more environmentally friendly.
INGREDIENTS

1 fruit without skin and seed Avocados, raw, California

1 Chili Peppers, Hot Serrano

3 pieces Fillets of Anchovies, in Olive Oil

5 slices raw ginger

1/2 clove garlic

9 sprigs cilantro

1/2 tsp Lime Zest

2 yields lime juice

2 slice Kohlrabi, raw

2 tbsp Oil, avocado
-
2 serving Soft Boiled Eggs
