Spicy Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie

Practically every ingredient in this smoothie can play a role in weight management!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 1 cup Green Tea, Jasmine
  • 1/2 cup Organic Edamame
  • 2 cups Mango Frozen Chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups Long English Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 12 leaf fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger Root
  • 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 TIP: Make sure green tea is chilled before using.
2 Add all ingredients to a blender.
3 Cover and puree on high speed until smooth, at least two minutes.
4 Add more green tea if smoothie is too thick.
5 ENJOY!
