INGREDIENTS

1 cup Kale

1 cup Organic Baby Romaine

1 cup ice

2 medium branches Celery, Organic

1/2 serving Organic Apple

1 1/2 medium frozen banana

4 oz Coconut Water
-
1/2 cup cucumber(s)

1 tbsp Cilantro
-
1 tbsp Parsley
-
2 tbsp organic lemon juice
-
1 Brazil Nut
-
1 dash cayenne pepper
-
1 dash cinnamon
-
1 dash Tumeric
-
1 tbsp Goji Berries
-
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tbsp Sprouts Granola
DIRECTIONS

Put all ingredients into your Vitamix/ high speed blender except the frozen bananas.

Combine all ingredients very well, lastly add frozen bananas and ice.

The mixture should be thick like frozen soft serve ice cream- add more ice if needed.

Garnish with your favorite toppings (goji berries, coconut flakes, etc.)
