Sugar Free Pumpkin Trifle

This dessert provides the flavors of the season without all the sugar. Adjust the spices to your liking - if you need a sweet splash, throw in a swirl of agave or honey. Prepare them in individual glasses to keep your portions in control.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 8

  • 16 oz 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 2 cups Non-fat Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 oz Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding Mix Vanilla (unprepared)
  • 16 tbsp Cool Whip Sugar Free
  • 16 tbsp Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Raspberries

DIRECTIONS

1 Mix pumpkin, spices, pudding mix and half of the milk together.
2 Continue stirring and add the remaining cup of milk.
3 Let sit for 30 minutes,
4 Use clear glasses or bowls to layer the pumpkin - cool whip - graham crackers. Make a few layers and top with a dollop of cool whip.
5 Garnish with raspberries.
6 Chill.
7 Serve
