Sunrise Cinnamon Spice Shake

This cinnamon-y shake makes a perfect stand-in when you are craving those cinnamon buns on the weekend. Full of calcium, this smoothie will only set you back 240 calories, unlike those gut-busting treats that can fill you with 800 calories or more.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 3/4 cup Yogurt, Whole Milk, Plain
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 package stevia
  • 1 Ice Cube

DIRECTIONS

1 Add the yogurt (not Greek yogurt), cream cheese, ice cube, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and stevia (or another naturally-derived sweetener) to a blender.
2 Cover and puree on high speed until creamy.
3 Pour into a chilled glass and serve. Hint: If desired, garnish with a cinnamon stick.
4 NOTE: Since the size of ice cubes vary, adjust as needed.
