INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 2 cups Mango, Frozen
  • 1 cup English Cucumber
  • 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp 100% Lemon Juice
  • 10 Mint Leaves Peppermint Fresh
  • 1 tsp Ginger Root
  • 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Cube the frozen mango (or buy already cubed).
2 Chop the English cucumber.
3 Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover and puree.
4 TIP: You can use unsweetened iced green tea in place of water.
