Super Immunity Ginger and Honey Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1/2 Orange
  • 8 oz Tazo® China Green Tips Brewed Tea
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pure Raw Honey
  • 4 tsp Ginger Root, Raw
  • 1/2 cup Kale, Raw
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed

DIRECTIONS

1 Peel and seed grapefruit. Cut into chunks.
2 Peel and seed orange. Cut into chunks.
3 Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
4 Enjoy!
5 TIP:
6 Ginger root should be about 1-inch in size.
