Oatmeal and flaxseeds are nutritional superfoods making this breakfast an excellent way to start your day. You can use regular or gluten-free oats depending on your lifestyle diet preference.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 cup dry gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

DIRECTIONS

1 Cook oatmeal according to package directions with milk.
2 Top with flaxseeds.
