Protein packed burger, top with mustard for a kick!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 6 oz lean ground turkey
  • 1/8 onion
  • 1 egg white(s)
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Mix turkey, onion (1 tablespoon), egg white, salt and pepper together and form a patty.
2 Using cooking spray, cook burger in a non-stick pan over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes on each side, making sure it is cooked through.
