1 Frozen Bean Burrito

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

3/4 cup Grape Tomatoes

3 tbsp Frozen Corn

2 tbsp Red Onion

1/4 cup Salsa Verde

2 tbsp fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS

Microwave (or bake) the frozen burrito according to package directions. (Note: Choose a vegetarian or vegan burrito that has up to 300 calories.)

Meanwhile, arrange the lettuce, grape tomatoes, thawed corn, and onion on a large plate. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the salsa verde

Slice the burrito into 6 pieces. Arrange on top of the salad. Drizzle with the remaining salsa. Sprinkle with the cilantro.
