Not only is Thai one of the most delicious cuisines, but at 15 grams of protein, this Thai time wrap packs on strong muscle growth benefits. If you are a diehard carnivore, you can easily switch out the baked tofu for precooked grilled chicken.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 tbsp Thai Peanut Sauce
  • 1 whole-wheat tortillas (8-inch)
  • 2 oz Baked Tofu
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1 oz Snow Peas

DIRECTIONS

1 Spread peanut sauce on the tortilla. Place tofu, peppers and snow peas in the center; fold the sides over the filling and roll up.
2 Enjoy!
3 TIPS: If you are a diehard carnivore, switch out the baked tofu for precooked grilled chicken. Either way, you are getting a nice dose of protein as well as an array of vitamins, fiber and nutrients from your veggies of choice. Some brands of firm or extra-firm tofu contain 20 grams of protein per half-cup serving, while grilled chicken breast weighs in at 26 grams of protein per serving.
