Honey-sweet toast; perfect for any time of day.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 whole-grain bread slice(s)
  • 2 tbsp part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp Flaxseed
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast the slice of bread.
2 Spread the ricotta cheese on top of the piece of toast.
3 Drizzle the honey on top of the cheese.
4 Sprinkle the flaxseed and cinnamon on top of the toast.
