This savory toast offers protein and healthy fats

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 whole-grain bread slice(s)
  • 1/3 medium avocado
  • 2 oz Deli Turkey
  • 1 tsp Alfalfa sprouts

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast the slice of bread.
2 Smash the avocado and spread on top of the toast.
3 Stack the sliced turkey on top of the avocado toast.
4 Add alfalfa sprouts on top.
5 ENJOY
