A new twist on an old-school favorite: peanut butter, greek yogurt and grapes.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 whole-grain bread slice(s)
  • 2 tbsp plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 7 Raw Grapes

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast the piece of bread.
2 Combine the Greek yogurt with the peanut butter.
3 Spread the yogurt/peanut butter mixture on top of the toast.
4 Slice the grapes lengthwise and place on top of the toast.
