This Mediterranean spin on toast will leave you feeling full (and healthy too!)

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 whole-grain bread slice(s)
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 6 Kalamata Olives
  • 1 tbsp arugula

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast the slice of bread.
2 Spread the hummus on top of the toast.
3 Slice the olives lengthwise. Place on top of the toast, on the hummus.
4 Garnish the toast with arugula.
