This Mediterranean spin on toast will leave you feeling full (and healthy too!)
INGREDIENTS

1 whole-grain bread slice(s)

2 tbsp hummus
-
6 Kalamata Olives
-
1 tbsp arugula
DIRECTIONS

Toast the slice of bread.

Spread the hummus on top of the toast.

Slice the olives lengthwise. Place on top of the toast, on the hummus.

Garnish the toast with arugula.
