This extra green toast is packed with health fats and carbohydrates.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/3 medium avocado
  • 1/4 cup Cooked Peas
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 whole-grain bread slice(s)

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast the bread.
2 Top with avocado, spreading it across the bread.
3 Top the avocado with the peas (can be canned or frozen (thawed)).
4 Sprinkle red chili flakes and sea salt on top.
