Toast topped with fresh seafood with cilantro and avocado.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 whole-grain bread slice(s)
  • 1/3 medium avocado
  • 1 1/2 oz Cooked Shrimp
  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast the slice of bread.
2 Smash the avocado and spread on top of the toast.
3 Place the cooked shrimp on top of the toast.
4 Garnish the toast with chopped cilantro.
