Toast with mango, basil and greek yogurt.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 whole-grain bread slice(s)
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1 tsp Basil, Fresh
  • 2 tbsp plain low-fat Greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast the slice of bread.
2 Spread the Greek yogurt on top of the toast.
3 Place the sliced mango on top of the yogurt.
4 Garnish the toast with the chopped basil.
5 ENJOY!
