Tiger Nut Milkshake

A blend of non-dairy milk, almond butter, bananas and tiger nuts, this milkshake is delectably creamy and satisfies your sweet tooth. High-energy and protein-packed with an extra scoop of vanilla protein powder, this drink is a perfect pre or post-workout treat.



  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup banana
  • 1/4 cup Tiger Nuts
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (without salt)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Cream Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt


1 Slice banana into pieces and freeze.
2 Place all ingredients into blender and blend until uniform.
