Tomato Stacks with Yogurt Ranch Dressing

When you are concerned with having glowing, youthful, and healthy skin, vitamin C is the nutrient that you want to eat enough of in your diet. And one cup of tomatoes provides over one third of your daily recommended amount of vitamin C.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 1 tbsp 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper, Ground Black
  • 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chives, raw
  • 4 medium Roma Tomatoes
  • 4 serving Basil Leaves 1 oz
  • 1/2 sweet onion

DIRECTIONS

1 In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chives — set aside.
2 Slice tomatoes to desired thickness.
3 Place a basil leaf in between each tomato slice.
4 Top with sweet onions.
5 Drizzle dressing over the top.
