Tropical Avocado Smoothie

A half of an avocado adds about 150 calories so you’ll want to keep that in mind when adding ingredients to the blender.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 1 fruit , cut piece Mango
  • 2 cups Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk - Light
  • 1/2 medium avocado

DIRECTIONS

1 Put the mango and pineapple in a bowl and freeze for 4 hours or longer. Another option is to purchase fruit already frozen.
2 Transfer the frozen fruit to a blender, together with the coconut milk and avocado. Process until smooth. If it’s too thick and you need more liquid, add coconut water.
3 Serve in two glasses, with a straw in each.
