INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Beets Raw

1/2 cup Baby Spinach Leaves

1/2 cup Pineapple, Fresh

1/2 cup Pure Coconut Water
-
1/2 tbsp Hemp Seed Hearts

2 tsp Fresh Ginger Root

1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS

In a blender combine raw beets, baby spinach, pineapple, pure coconut water, hemp seeds, ginger root and ice. Blend on high until smooth.

*Add more coconut water until desired consistency achieved.
