Tummy-Flattening Papaya Pineapple Smoothie

This smoothie fuses the bloat-fighting powers of coconut water, banana, papaya, pineapple and mint for a nourishing glass of tropical yumminess. Add a spoonful of Philosophie Berry Bliss and Green Dream Superfood and Protein Blends for plant-based proteins, phytonutrients and antioxidants that stabilize and support digestion.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 tbsp Berry Bliss Superfood Protein Blend
  • 1 tbsp Green Dream Superfood Protein Blend
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 100 g Banana, raw, whole
  • 1/2 serving Papaya
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple, Fresh
  • 1/2 cup Kale, Raw

DIRECTIONS

1 Add all the ingredients to the blender.
2 Blend all ingredients and enjoy frothy and cold!
3 For best results, use frozen banana, papaya, pineapple and kale.
4 Optional: a handful of fresh mint.
