Tuna Cucumber Boat

This easy-to-make recipe features refreshing cucumber topped with tuna. Enjoy it as a snack, or serve it as a crowd-pleasing appetizer at your next get-together.



  • 12 oz canned white tuna (packed in water)
  • 2 sprig fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp Organic Vegan Mayo
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 medium peeled cucumber


1 In a bowl, combine tuna dill, mayo and salt. Mix together thoroughly.
2 Slice the ends of the cucumber off, and cut vertically (the long way).
3 Using a knife, wedge the seeds out, making room for the tuna
4 Gently place the tuna into the cucumber, and serve cold!
5 Notes: Feel free to leave the cucumbers unpeeled.
