A protein-packed burger, top with mustard for an extra kick!
INGREDIENTS

4 oz lean ground turkey

1/8 onion

1 egg white(s)

1 dash salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS

Mix turkey, onion (1 tablespoon), egg white, salt and pepper together and form a patty.

Using cooking spray, cook burger in a non-stick pan over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes on each side, making sure it is cooked through.
