This quick homemade chili gets protein from turkey and beans, and a unique crunch from chopped cashews.
INGREDIENTS

2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

4 oz lean ground turkey

1/3 cup canned kidney beans

1/4 cup salsa
-
8 cashews
-
1 dash chili powder
DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in a saucepan, and cook the turkey about 3 minutes, stirring, until no longer pink.

Add beans, salsa, cashews, and chili powder, stirring to combine. Cook until heated through.
