Preparing a wrap in a romaine lettuce leaf instead shaves 212 calories from the entrée!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 12 oz Ground Turkey
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Clove
  • 2 stalk scallion(s)
  • 1 cup Ravioli Mushroom
  • 1/4 cup tamari sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Dark Brown
  • 1 tbsp Chinese Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves

DIRECTIONS

1 In a pan over medium heat cook the turkey in olive oil until cooked thoroughly.
2 Next, add the garlic, scallions, and mushrooms and cook until soft.
3 Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine tamari sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Pour into pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
4 Combine mixture in romaine lettuce leaves.
5 TIPS: An asian dipping sauce can be used to drizzle on top - just watch sodium amount.
