Our “golden milk” or turmeric latte recipe has only about 64 calories and 3 grams of sugar as opposed to powders, other recipes and bottled varieties that clock in at 140 calories and 10 grams of sugar.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 2 1/2 cups Almond Breeze, Almond Coconut Blend
  • 1 tsp Spices, cardamom
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Rose Water
  • 3/5 g Pepper, Ground Black
  • 1 tsp Organic Raw Honey

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and gradually bring to a simmer.
2 Whisk from time to time.
3 Divide evenly into two mugs, garnish as desired, and enjoy.
4 Optional garnishes: crush dried rose petals, cacao nibs, sesame seeds, chopped almonds, cardamom, turmeric
