Pick up a rotisserie chicken from the market and the culinary possibilities are limitless. Ever made a gyro with it? In this Greek-style recipe, that’s basically what you’re creating.
INGREDIENTS

3 oz rotisserie seasoned chicken breast

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

1/8 tsp ground cumin
-
1 Whole Grain Pita
-
1 Plum Tomato
-
1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce

1/4 cup Red Onion Slices

3 peppers Pepperocini
-
1/2 cup Tzatziki Yogurt Dip
DIRECTIONS

Season the chicken breast meat (preferably while warm) with the garlic powder, black pepper, and cumin.

Stuff the seasoned chicken into the pita halves along with the tomato, lettuce, onion, and pepperoncini. (TIP: Enjoy with various pickled vegetables.)

Serve with tzatziki sauce on the side.
