Upside Down Cereal and Protein Milk is loaded in metabolism boosting protein and healthy carbohydrates to fuel your busy morning and get you through your day. We used Nature’s Path Gluten Free Sunrise Crunchy Vanilla Cereal. You can substitute your favorite cereal- just aim for at least three grams of fiber per serving.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 2/3 cup Gluten Free Sunrise Crunchy Vanilla
  • 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 scoops Proto Whey, Vanilla Creme
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk Unsweeten

DIRECTIONS

1 Pour cereal in mason jar.
2 In a Nutribullet or blender, blend Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla and almond milk until smooth.
3 Right before serving, pour protein “milk” over cereal. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
4 Enjoy!
