Vegan Chocolate Nut Shake with Sea Salt

Chocolate and peanut butter mix beautifully in this vegan-friendly shake that will give satisfy any sweet cravings without wrecking your diet goals. The best part? The duo of hemp seeds and natural peanut butter that provides heart-friendly fats and a significant punch of protein to this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 2 tsp Organic Hemp Seed, Raw Shelled
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk, Original
  • 4 tsp Peanut Butter, Natural, Creamy
  • 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 serving Pure Almond Extract
  • 2 tsp Stevia Sweetener
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  • 4 Ice Cube

DIRECTIONS

1 Add the hemp seeds, chia seeds, almond milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, ice cubes, vanilla extract, almond extract, stevia (or other naturally-derived sweetener), and sea salt to a blender. (Hint: Alternatively, salt the rim of the beverage glass instead of adding salt to the shake.)
2 Cover and puree on high speed until creamy.
3 Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
4 NOTE: Since size of ice cubes vary, adjust as needed.
