DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, 1/3 cup coconut sugar, flax meal, baking soda and salt together. Stir to remove any lumps.

Add the yogurt, maple syrup, oil, milk and vinegar. ingredients and stir until batter is uniform in texture.

Scoop batter into a doughnut pan and bake on top rack of oven until firm, up to 45 minutes.

Check for doneness with a toothpick or knife. If it comes out clean, your doughnuts are done baking.

Let cool for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, stir cinnamon and the remaining 1/2 cup sugar together. Dip doughnuts in.

Notes:
While this recipe uses almond milk, feel free to use your own non-dairy milk of choice.
If you prefer, feel free to swap out the avocado oil with algae oil or another neutral oil.
