Warm Cinnamon-Almond Rice Drink

If you like rice pudding, then you’ll love this warm rice drink that is rich in heart-healthy fat and makes use of leftover rice you have in the fridge!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 serving Basmati rice (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup Pure Almond, Unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 dash Cinnamon!
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts, Organic

DIRECTIONS

1 Heat cooked rice and almond milk together. Stir in honey to taste, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Transfer milk mixture to blender. Add Hemp Hearts and blend until smooth. Note: Begin blending on low and then increase to high. If necessary, blend in small batches to ensure that blender is only halfway full.
