Need a great appetizer that won’t derail your healthful eating? Wasabi Devils are the answer! These healthful snacks are full of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial effects.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 6

  • 12 egg
  • 1/3 cup Low Fat Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Wasabi Paste
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

1 Hard boil one dozen eggs.
2 Peel and cut the eggs in half.
3 Remove the yolks and place them into a bowl. Mix in ⅓ cup low fat sour cream, 1 ½ tablespoons wasabi paste, 2 teaspoons rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
4 Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and garnish with dill or parsley.
5 Enjoy!
