Whipped Coconut Cream

You'll want to dollop this heavenly topping on vegan and non-dairy desserts — or any dessert for that matter. Not only does our version of whipped coconut cream have zero added sugar, it's also vegan and dairy free.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 6

  • 14 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

1 Refrigerate one can of coconut cream for at least 8 hours.
2 Scoop the chilled coconut cream into a bowl.
3 Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
4 Whip with a handheld mixer at medium speed. Turn to high speed and whisk until stiff peaks form, about 8 minutes.
5 Serve immediately or store in a container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
