Save those leftover peas from dinner and toss them into your smoothie for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Lite
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Peas
  • 4 leaf fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup steamed and cooled peas, 4 fresh mint leaves, and 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup until smooth.
2 Blend until smooth. Add as to desired thickness.
3 Mint is a perfect flavor match, and it adds an extra bit of zing to the smoothie.
