It's only 280 calories, so you can enjoy it guilt-free. Want to throw some pickles, onions, lettuce and tomatoes on top of it? Go ahead. According to Jenny Craig's list of "Fresh and Free Additions," those burger garnishes can be enjoyed in moderate amounts without adding extra calories. And if you simply can't eat a burger without ketchup, a tablespoon-sized squirt is one serving of a "Limited Free Food."
