Hi. I'm Amber Nimedez from LIVESTRONG.COM, and today I'm going to teach you a few morning exercises to reduce soreness. So, you're just going to stand with your feet hip width apart. I just want you to inhale, raise your arms up, maybe interlace your fingers together, and just stretch over to your right side, opening up your side body, back up to the starting position, and then reach over to the opposite side, and back to the starting position. Release your arms down, and then you're going to go ahead and roll your body down, and just relax your head and neck putting the weight in to the balls of your feet, stretching out the backs of your legs nice and easy. And then bending your knees, raising up on your toes and rounding your back. You can do a few head circles in each direction, and then straighten out your legs again, feeling the stretch in the back of your legs, and then rolling your vertebrae up one vertebrae at a time.
