Hi, my name is Holly Del Rosso, and this is how to lift light weight everyday for weight loss. You don't need a gym membership, all you need is two dumbbells that are really light, so you can get a full body workout that you guys can do anywhere. This is gonna lean, tone and define your body, so you can feel your very best everyday. In our first exercise, grab a pair of dumbbells wearing anywhere from 2 to 5 pounds. You're gonna squat right next to a step, chin up, sitting back like you're sitting back in a chair, feet together, step up, come back down, and repeat your squat. So this exercise is gonna burn a ton of calories, because you're gonna have a cardiorespiratory effect while your strengthening. Squat, squeeze your glutes as you come up, stepping laterally, feet are straight ahead when you're stepping on the stepper, and back down to your squat. And go at your own pace. You don't have to go super fast on these if it's something you've never done before. This is strengthening your entire lower body, as well as your shoulders, because you have dumbbells in your hands. For best results, perform this exercise for two sets of 15 reps, one rep counts as all the way down and all the way back. For our next exercise we're gonna work as many muscle groups as possible, burning the most calories at once. So you're gonna walk back into a back lunge, come together and curl up into a bicep curl, back lunge, curl up, bicep curl. And you can use any weight that you feel comfortable with because it's all about your fitness level. So you can grab fives to start, and if you're a little bit more advanced, I would go with tens. So bringing it back, core strong shoulders back, and don't let that knee go over the front toe. This is gonna help your body improve stability and also muscle growth. So you're gonna have that nice lean muscle, because your moving in a different plane of motion than your body's used. Three sets of 15 reps guys, three times a week.
