Hi, I'm Jay McLeod. Today, I'm going to answer the question of what is the medicine ball tuck jump. OK the tuck jump intensely works your quads, your glutes and your calves, OK. Adding a medicine ball in the mix is going to give you a nice isometric workout to your biceps and shoulders. OK now the medicine ball tuck jump, grab your medicine ball, OK. You're going to position it out far enough so when you do your tuck jump your knees can go in between the ball and your chest, OK. You really want to pull your knees in to your chest. So you're going to drop in to a squat, OK. Not a full squat, about a quarter squat. Here OK you're going to power up and you're going to bring your knees up as high as you can. Here to here. OK. Really pulling your knees in to your chest. I challenge you to try to your knees as high as you can. OK. Drop in to that quarter squat, explode up, really working your quads, your glutes, your calves your hamstrings.
