My name is Robert Weeks. Today, I'm going to teach you about a condition of an elevated heart rate. An elevated heart rate can come from many things but if we are working out the elevated heart rate would be from that working out. But what's a condition of it? How would we know that what we are feeling is from us working out. Well this can be very easy to find out depending on the exercise you do. A lot of people will notice that when they are working out they get very tired and winded almost as if their lungs are hurting. Well, most likely what they are doing is requiring a lot of respiratory strength. Respiratory strength means that they are breathing a lot. So they could be running or doing a very cardio-like endurance-like activity that's requiring them to use their oxygen in their lungs a lot more than they are used to. So a condition what they would feel is gassy, they would feel a lot tired, they would feel like they can't get their air underneath them. Another condition of working out would definitely be having that of no strength, no energy. If you just got done doing biceps and backs yesterday and today it's hard for you to bend your arms or lift up off the couch, you can understand the condition would be that of fatigue. So you can understand how various conditions will effect various workouts. And those are conditions of an elevated heart rate. See you next time guys.
