Hey, guys, what's going on? I'm Brandon Harris, and today I'm going to teach you two correct landing drill exercises. Correct landing is essential for injury prevention as well as athletic performance. Today I'm going to demonstrate two exercises that are great for developing better landing technique. The first exercise is a Bosu landing jump. To perform this exercise we're going to need a Bosu ball, lay it on the ground with the blue side up. We're going to get into an athletic position about six inches out front of the Bosu ball, performing 15 jumps landing on the top of the Bosu. The key here is focus on soft knees and land through the butt. The second exercise is a progression of the first. This time we're going to take the Bosu ball and place it with the blue side down. We're actually going to land onto the reverse side of the Bosu ball. We'll perform 15 squat jumps onto the Bosu ball, again focusing on being soft, landing through the butt. Proper landing technique is key for athletic development and injury prevention. Give these exercises a try.
