We all want toned arms for tank top season! So, for this exercise, you're going to do a static squat with a bicep curl. It's super important to make sure that your back is very straight for this particular exercise, because you're working two body parts at the same time. So, you want to make sure that your back is nice and strong. You're going to come down into a static squat -- that means, a static squat you're going to hold the squat while you're doing a bicep curl. You want to do as many bicep curls as you possibly can inside a 30-second period of time. Then, try 45 seconds. Then, up to 60 seconds. This is a great way to get toned arms really fast!
