Pimples and acne come from bacteria that enter your pores and begin to grow there, causing red pumps, white heads and black heads. Severe acne can cause nodules, which are painful puss-filled cysts under the skin. The nodules can cause acne spots and scars on your face even after they are removed. Severe cases of acne need to be treated as soon as possible so you can avoid scarring. There are some methods that can remove acne spots on the face.
Step 1
Put a small amount of water over the acne spot. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to a cotton ball and put the cotton over the acne spot area for ten minutes. The lemon juice will help fade the dark areas on your face.
Step 2
Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with some water. Apply the baking soda over the dark areas on your face for about one minute and then wash it off your face in order to fade the spots.
Step 3
Massage your face with a pea-sized amount of olive oil on your face. The olive oil will help moisturize your face, which will cause the texture of the skin to soften.
Step 4
Drink around 80 oz. of filtered water every day. Water removes toxins from your body, helps your skin stay hydrated and helps rebuild new skin cells.
Step 5
Puree 1/4 of a cup of pineapple and smooth it on your face. Leave the pineapple puree on your face for 15 minutes then wash it off. The ascorbic acid in the pineapple will help brighten your face.
Tips and Warnings
- Consistently use the treatments for two to three weeks to have best results. Consult your doctor or dermatologist for professional advice regarding the acne spots on your face. Ask your doctor about laser surgery to remove your acne spots if natural treatments do not work.
