However, be patient with yourself through this process because this type of cleansing goes against your body's natural survival instincts. The cleanse restricts the amount of food you eat, forces rapid detoxification and uses fat for energy, which your body will possibly fight. The side effects could include fatigue and irritability.

Tips and Warnings

  • You will feel lighter, more energized and perhaps even think more clearly in the days to follow but your body does not know this during the three days it may regard as torture. Do not attempt this cleanse more than once yearly. Bragg's cider vinegar is recommended because it is unpasteurized and unfiltered, which allows the vinegar to retain active enzymes as well as protein ans naturally occurring minerals. Feel free to substitute another brand as long as it meets the same requirements.
  • This type of cleansing is an ancient tool for maintaining human health, yet, if used too often it can be a recipe for a weakened immune system and all manner of subsequent disease. Use wisely and sparingly.
