While celebrities are twice as likely to end up divorced than the rest of us, there are some famous couples defying the odds, and it may be due to the fact that they have developed incredibly healthy relationship habits. Whether they are amping up their intimacy in therapy, practicing shared meditation or making diet and physical fitness a family affair, consider taking a cue from Hollywood couples like Tom and Gisele, Beyoncé and Jay-Z and Ellen and Portia by incorporating their incredibly positive marriage-strengthening methods into your own relationship.

They just made "A Quiet Place", their first mutual film project, and according to Blunt, the reason she and Krasinski worked so well together was down to some very simple, yet crucial things: "We really trust each other. We’re very honest with each other,” Blunt said. “We sort of have a shorthand and secret language that ultimately is gonna work for us.”

Krasinski echoed this, saying “I’ve never loved my wife more than after we did this movie. For me, it was a trust thing. We trust each other in day-to-day life for sure, but when you trust each other in this way it’s different. We were really honest with each other from the beginning. By the time we were shooting, it was just the best.”
