Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM, and I'm going to teach you the best way to lose flabby arms without doing push-ups. I'm going to grab some three pound weights, nice and light. You could also use soup cans if you don't have weights. But I'm going to start off by making sure my feet are parallel, and then my arms are going to go up, and I'm going to do some arm circles forward, nice small arm circles, squeezing your shoulder blades together the whole entire time. And then I'm going to flip my palms facing up, and I'm going to go backwards. So, you want to do about ten each direction, squeezing your shoulder blades the whole entire time. And then I'm going to bring my arms all the way back down, palms facing my body. And I'm going to do a lateral lift, palms facing the ground. Ok, back down and then up, down, up, down, up. Again, squeezing your shoulder blades together every single time. You'll feel this in your shoulders. And then I'm going to hold it up, flip my palms facing the ceiling, and I'm going to do some bicep curls here, bringing the arms right back out to the side, not dropping them below my shoulders--or trying not to. Ok, squeeze your bicep every single time. And then, again, do about ten. And then I'm going to go straight from my bicep curl to military press. So, I'm going to bring my arms up above and then right back down, and then up. And you'll feel your shoulders again, getting a little bit tired, firming up those arms. And then from here, you're going to flip your palms facing each other, and then you're going to do a tricep overhead extension, for ten, keeping your abs in nice and tight. When you're done, you're going to flip your palms out again. Bring them all the way down, slight bend in the knee, and then you're going to pull up for another ten. And then you get to repeat. I would do about three sets of ten. I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM, and this is the best way to lose the flabby arms without doing push-ups.
