Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM and I'm here to teach you some ballet moves to help you tone. The first one that we're going to do is a wide second position and you're going to turn your toes out to the side and then you're just going to bend your legs down. And I want you to pulse a few times down, one inch down and then, you're going to pulse up and then back down. And you want to do about three sets of ten, each direction and if you feel your bumps burning and your legs burning, you're doing it right. And then you're going to come up. The second one you're going to do is still that wide plie second position and then you're going to raise up on your toes. So, you're going to come here and then back down. And up and down and up. And you will feel this again in your quads and in your glutes. Three sets of ten. The last one, you're going to pick up a Yoga block or something to put in between your knees; feet parallel and you're going to bend down as far as you can go, keeping a nice neutral spine. And you're going to pulse down and if you want, you can bring your arms up. And then, you're going to raise up on your toes and do the same thing, pulsing down.
